SJRMC_ER 2015Saint Joseph Health System Plymouth Medical Center invites the community to the dedication and blessing of the Daisy and John L. Oliver Emergency Center.

The ceremony will begin at 2 pm on September 24. Brief tours of the Daisy and John L. Oliver Emergency Center will be available following the ceremony. Light refreshments will be served.

“This is truly a celebration of our community and its investment in this expansion” said Loretta Schmidt, RN, president, SJHS Plymouth Medical Center. “The Daisy and John L. Oliver Emergency Center has transformed emergency care here in Marshall County and our surrounding communities, while creating a superior experience for our patients.”

Fr. John Korcsmar from St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Plymouth will perform the blessing.

SJHS broke ground on the $9 million Daisy and John L. Oliver Emergency Center in March 2014. The first phase of the two-phase project, the new emergency department expansion, was completed in June 2015. The second phase, which included a renovation of the former emergency department, was completed in early September.
