29 year old Shawn Conley of Monroe Street in Plymouth was arrested on an active warrant Thursday evening at 5.
Plymouth Police Office Ben McInyre was advised by an off duty officer that he was with a subject who was wanted out of Marshall County. The officer went to the area of Jefferson and Randolph Streets and located Mr. Conley who was taken into custody.
Shawn Coley was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Failure to Appear and Driving While Suspended with a prior charge.
On Wednesday, September 9th 27 year old Emilio Ortiz of Third Street in Plymouth was arrested by Officer Gary Cleveland. Ortiz was stopped for speeding and having an inoperative tail lamp.
During the investigation it was learned that Emilio Ortiz was driving on a suspended license. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail for the DWS with a prior charge and held on a $755 cash bond.
