County Building_2The Marshall County Council will meet Monday morning at 9 a.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.

Agenda includes an appointment to the Plymouth PUBLIC Library board, a conversation with Jerry Chavez, Executive Director of the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation and Regina Emberton from the Michiana Partnership of the Regional Cities Initiative.  The County Council will consider establishment of a Regional Development Authority.

Other agenda items include a request by Purdue Extension and the Plan Commission to purchase a new copier, a recommendation of the Personnel Committee on amending the County Handbook Policy and presentation of the County Road Program.

Council members will also consider transfer requests and additional appropriations requests.

The meeting is open to the public but comments and questions are limited to the first agenda item.
