The Marshall County Council will meet Monday morning at 9 a.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.
Jerry Chavez from the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation will present his year-end review to the council and Sheriff Matt Hassel will seek approval to purchase a refrigerator for the administration side using commissary funds. He will also discuss the Turnkey/Dispatcher Part-time social security line item.
Ward Byers from the Community Corrections Program will discuss the Project Income Fund and Transition Fund while the auditor will present additional appropriation and transfer requests.
The County Council will also consider the 2016 Sheriff Contract and 2016 Salary Ordinance and make appointments to the Alcoholic Beverage Commission Board and the Koontz Lake Regional Sewer District Board.
The meeting is open to the public although comments and questions are limited to the initial order of business.
