The Marshall County Council will conduct a special evening meeting on Monday to conduct a public hearing on a request for a tax abatement.
Faulkner Fabricating Inc, at 4050 Lincoln Highway in Bourbon is seeking a tax abatement on real property and personal property improvements.
A statement of benefits is on file in the County Auditor’s office, 112 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
Earlier this month the County Council designated the property to be within an Economic Revitalization Area. A description of the affected area is available and can be inspected in the County Assessor’s Office.
A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, August 3, at 6:30 p.m. in the Marshall County Building in the 2nd floor meeting room.
Persons appearing the public hearing will have the opportunity comment and ask questions on the proposed project.
