Arrested_handcuffOn Saturday evening September 5 about 8 County Police Officers Jonathan Bryant and Joe Giordano responded to lot 39 at Creekside Mobile Home Park. They were investigating a complaint of drug activity and a wanted felon being at a mobile home.



MugShot_NathanClarkOnce on the scene officers located and arrested 26 year old Nathan Clark of Etna Greet on an outstanding warrant.  They also found narcotics on his person.

MugShot_KennethMcIntireOfficers also located narcotics on 51 year old Kenneth McIntire of Plymouth and MugShot_Mcfarland32 year old Jason McFarland of Mishawaka.

A search of the residence revealed a substantial amount of Marijuana inside the trailer.

All subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail. Jason McFarland and Nathan Clark are currently lodged for Dealing and Possession of Marijuana as well as Visiting a Common Nuisance with a $3000.00 cash bond. Kenneth McIntire is currently lodged for Possession of Marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance with a $3000.00 cash bond.
