burglaryOn Thursday, July 9th at 7:00 a.m. the Marshall County Sheriff Department received a call from a LaPaz business in the 14,000 block of US 6 that had been broken into.

County Officer Jonathan Bryant responded to the scene and began an investigation.  Evidence at the scene showed that on July 9th at 3:44 a.m. a single suspect entered the building and removed several items loading them into a vehicle that was backed up to the door.

It is believed the suspect was disturbed during the incident and left items behind at the scene.
