On Sunday, January 4th at 5:37 P.M. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Rob Hafke responded to a two vehicle accident at US 31 and 13th Road. As officers arrived on the scene they learned that 20 year old Davon Wilson of South Bend, the driver of a 1994 Jeep was northbound on US 31 at 13th road when he lost control of his vehicle and slid through the median. The vehicle continued through the median and into the south bound lanes on US 31 striking 47 year old Lynn Kolar of Argos who was driving a Chevy minivan.
A passenger in Wilsons Jeep, 18 year old Terrionne Tyler of South Bend was transported to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth with a compound fracture to her upper arm and complaint of pelvic pain.
