Handcuffs-newOn Saturday Plymouth Police Officer Stuart Krynock conducted a traffic stop near Harrison and Broadway Streets for a traffic infraction.  The driver, 40 year old Dawn Deleon of Plymouth was found to be driving with a suspended license with a prior charge.

Ms. Deleon was transported to the jail where she was booked in for Driving While Suspended with prior and held on a $755 cash bond.  Her initial court date will be January 5, 2016.

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
