Driving Without a licenseAn Elkhart man was arrested by Plymouth Police Tuesday after a traffic stop on US 30 west of Oak Drive.

37 year old George Domines was stopped about 6:25 Tuesday evening for a traffic infraction.  Mr. Domines admitted to Officer Krynock that he had never received a license.  Domines was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $225 cash bond had given an initial hearing of November 17th.

Later Tuesday about 7 p.m. Officer Emenhiser arrested 53 year old Deirdre Albright of Plymouth.  She was found to be intoxicated and a danger to herself in the 800 block of South Michigan Street.  She was transported to the County Jail.

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
