arrests02/18/15  On Saturday, January 31st the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department  obtained information of alleged drug trafficking occurring in Marshall County. The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and the United States Postal Service worked together closely to investigate this incident.

On Friday, February 13th the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, United States Postal Service and the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office obtained a search warrant for a residence located at 10,902 State Road 17.  The search warrant was executed that evening and items were confiscated from the residence.

MugShot_Robert MillerFollowing the execution of the search warrant 23 year old Robert W. Miller of the State Road 17 address in Plymouth was arrested at 9:30 on preliminary charges of dealing in marijuana and possession of marijuana. He was held on a $755 cash bond which was paid just before midnight.

These four were all held on a preliminarily charge of visiting a common nuisance and all had bonds set for $505. They were all released 9:45 and 11:30 Friday night.

All five subjects were issued a Marshall Superior Court II date of March 10th.

The investigation is pending concerning ongoing information being reviewed by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and the United States Postal Service.
