Chuck and Jennifer Houin would like to invite past, present and future Scouts, veterans, sponsors and the entire community to their son, Luke Houin’s formal flag ceremony this Sunday at 1 pm in River Park Square.
This project was completed with the approval of the Plymouth Park Board and Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety and sets a new flag pole in the middle of phase-one of River Park Square. The project is Luke’s Eagle Scout project.
