Market, 900 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth.

This Saturday, February 21st from 10 a.m. until noon children ages 8 and 9 will have the opportunity to make Pizza Bubble Bread and Cinnamon Twists.     Children will make pizza dough from scratch, and while it is rising they’ll make pizza sauce, then they will create their bubbles.    While the pizza bakes, the children will sweeten the remaining dough to make cinnamon twists.  There is a tuition fee of $15 per child and the children will bring home samples.

Tuesday, February 24th from 6 until 8 p.m. Earthworks will offer Basic Bread making for adults.  Participants will learn about bread ingredients and their function as they mix and knead their own loaf.  This class has$15.00 tuition and includes take-home bread and recipes.

Also this month on Thursday, Feb 26 Earthworks will host a Goat-milk Soap Making class.  The class will be taught by master soap maker, Birgit Biehl.   Participants will learn the art of making skin-pampering goat-milk soap.  This class is limited to 5 participants and the tuition is $45.
