ShopliftingSunday afternoon about 3:45 Plymouth Police Officer Stuart Krynock was dispatched to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a theft complaint.  After meeting with Wal-Mart Loss Prevention the officer arrested 33 year old David Escalant of Plymouth for theft.

Escalant was booked into the Marshall County Jail for theft and held on a $755 cash bond.  He was given a July 7th date for his initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
