On Thursday, December 31, at 4:08 a.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department arrested 27 year old Eduardo Quintana Figueroa of Plymouth for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a person and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a BAC >.15%. Figueroa was stopped at on North Michigan Road near the Plymouth Airport.
Figueroa was held on a $1,500 cash bond in the Marshall County Jail.
