About 5:45 Sunday, October 18th, County Officer Wozniak conducted a traffic stop on a 2001 black Ford Mustang, that was traveling in excess of 90 MPH on US 30, near Gumwood Road. The driver of the vehicle, 22 year old Alberto Barajas, was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver`s license. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle without Ever Receiving a License and Reckless Driving and held on a $505 cash bond.
