Monday morning Plymouth Police Officer Bob DeLee stopped a vehicle for failure to yield the right-of-way at Adams and Center Streets. The driver, 42 year old Hector Banegas of Georgia was found to have never held an operator’s license in the United States. He was arrested for Operator Never Licensed and incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail.
