“Girls Who Code” had its first club meeting at the Weidner School Of Inquiry on Wednesday, January 21. This new club is open to girls in grades 6 through12 and is designed to teach girls how to build an app, design a video game and change the world through code.
This national non-profit organization is leading the movement in inspiring, educating, and equipping young women with computing skills to pursue 21st century opportunities.
“Girls Who Code” currently has five openings and membership will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis
