The Plymouth girls golf team split their match with NLC foes Northwood and Warsaw at Plymouth Country Club on Tuesday evening.

Senior Morgan Oberley had another fine evening tying her season best 41. For the second consecutive match Morgan tied her season best for putts in a round with 17 albeit with a couple that could’ve fallen. Junior Katie Johnson had a hot flat stick tonight carding a 44 with five 1 putt greens for a season low 14 putts.
I was proud of the effort our girls gave tonight on a hot and humid evening. Our 177 score was our season best to date by 6 shots! Our JV score was also one of our best. Northwood is one of the best teams in the conference and we gave them our best shot this evening. Our players hard work and dedication to short game practice is yielding results.
The ladies play their last NLC round robin match Wednesday evening at Bent Oak in Elkhart versus Goshen and host Concord.
