Indianapolis – In accordance with a presidential proclamation issued late Sunday evening, Governor Mike Pence is directing flags at state facilities statewide be flown at half-staff in honor of the victims of the tragedy in Roseburg, Oregon. Flags should be flown at half-staff effective immediately until sunset on Tuesday, October 6, 2015.
Governor Pence also asks businesses and residents to lower their flags to half-staff to pay tribute to those who lost their lives in the tragedy in Roseburg, Oregon.
