Officer Ryan Hollopeter with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle for speeding Monday morning about 7:50 at US 31 and 4A Road.
During the stop it was learned that 39 year old Rufino Alejandro Hernandez of Indianapolis did not have a license. He was arrested for Operating a Vehicle Without Ever Receiving a License as a C misdemeanor and held on a $255 cash bond.
