Early Thursday morning Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Economy Inn for a domestic battery with strangulation.
20 year old Juan Elias Hernandez of Plymouth was arrested following an investigation from an incident that had occurred at approximately 3 a.m. Hernandez had been involved in a dispute with his girlfriend that had escalated into a physical altercation.
Hernandez was booked into the Marshall County Jail.
