Warsaw-Air-ShowHistoric Flights Foundation Presents the 3rdAnnual Air Show of Warsaw What is that? Up in the sky? Is it a bird? Is it Superman? NO! It’s an AIRPLANE and it’s flying over Warsaw at the 3 rd Annual Air Show of Warsaw! This year’s show is commemorating the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II. Bring your family and friends and enjoy the spectacular display of airplanes, aerobatics, and the rolling thunder of World War II Warbirds on August 14, 15, and 16.

One of the featured Airshow Acts, sponsored by the City of Warsaw, will be the Canadian Harvard Aerobatic Team (CHAT). CHAT is a flying tribute to the veterans of World War II. With decades of experience behind their team, they continue to astound crowds across North America. Flying four North American T6 Harvard aircraft, they perform team and solo aerobatic routines with the thunder of WWII era engines, smoke, and military precision.

Executive Director and Airport Manager Nick King says, “We started this air-show as a grassroots barnstormer air-show. Our goal is for people to be able to experience history first hand with all of their senses. We want them to smell the burning fuel, hear the roar, and feel the thunder of the engines in their chest. It is our goal to not only excite but spark a passion for aviation in all generations, both young, and young at heart.”

Tickets for the 3 rd Annual Air Show of Warsaw are now available for early purchase at all Martin’s Super Markets locations for $10 Saturday show or $20 for a full weekend pass.
