ArrestedOn Saturday evening, April 25th about 7:15 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Bridget Hite responded to the alley behind Bailey’s Furniture in reference to an intoxicated male.   Officer Hite located 54 year old Richard J Hopkins of Goshen urinating in the alley behind Bailey’s Furniture on West Jefferson Street.  It was apparent to the officer that he had already urinated all over himself.  Mr. Hopkins told her he was attempting to get back home to Goshen.

Hopkins was taken into custody for public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance and indecent exposure and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $755 bond.
