ArrestedThursday afternoon about 4:15 Plymouth Police Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop at Michigan Street and Plymouth Goshen Trail.  The stop was on a subject he recognized and knew had an active warrant.

27 year old Richard Hopkins of Plymouth was taken into custody on a warrant for conspiracy to manufacture meth, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.

Hopkins is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a cash bond of $50,000.
