The Marshall County Human Society will host a brand-new event on Friday evening July 31st. This is an extra special singles night for those looking for love, not love from a human but the love of a four-legged companion.
This singles night is for singles looking for company from a furry friend from 6 to 8 p.m.
Nancy Cox said she hopes people will come out to the shelter at US 31 and 13th Road south of Plymouth and meet and maybe make a connection with the animals in the shelter.
The shelter has been full with dogs and cats and singles will have the opportunity to sit and pet or play with the cats and kittens or event take a dog for a walk. With so many animals Cox said, “We will have dogs and cats of all ages, sizes and personalities.”
The two hour event will give singles an evening out, a chance to socialize with the Humane Shelter animals and maybe even the chance to meet someone else who’s single.
