Plymouth Police, Fire and EMS responded to 500 West Harrison Street Wednesday morning about 8:20 for an industrial accident at Indiana Heat Transfer.
Plymouth Fire Chief Rod Miller said a 42 year old man was operating a fork-truck inside the rear of the building and it lost balance. The fork-truck rolled and severely injured the operator’s leg.
The Indiana Heat Transfer employee was transported to Memorial Hospital in South Bend by Plymouth paramedics.
