MugShot_Joshua CunananOfficer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested an Indianapolis man on Sunday, November 22nd, at 11:49 PM. A traffic stop was conducted on a 1998 gold Nissan passenger vehicle on US 31 near 14th Road for exceeding the maximum speed limit and not having an operational license plate light.

The driver, 26 year old Joshua S. Cunanan of Indianapolis was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended driver`s license.   He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $755 cash bond.
