JackJordan_FamilyAccording to Jack Jordan’s personal Facebook post Wednesday night…. “It is official. With the encouragement and support from family and friends, I am running for the Indiana House District Seat which represents Marshall and northern Fulton Counties. We launched the campaign at the Bremen Firemen’s’ Festival Parade.”  His post continued, “Ultimately, I am confident we can make a positive difference for our area and for our state!”

JackJordan_Bremen Parade_2Searching the web WTCA also located a website, jackjordanenoughisenough.com which is paid for by the Friends of Jack Jordan Committee.  On the site Jordan says he running for two reasons, first he states, I truly believe every individual has unique and amazing God-given potential.  Unfortunately, over time…even with all its “good intentions”, an expanding government limits an individual’s freedom to pursue their dreams and accomplish their goals.  I want to work with other Conservatives to limit the government’s detrimental impact on our daily lives.”  Jack says the second reason he wants to run is, “I have been extremely blessed to have extensive and significant “real life” experiences.  I have an extensive and proven record of serving, leading, and positively impacting organizations.   I want be a good steward of these experiences and talent to truly make a positive impact for the lives of those living in Marshall and Fulton Counties…as well as the state of Indiana.”

JackJordan_Bremen Parade_4Key issues Jack Jordan said, “I think you deserve some specificity.  So being “Right”:

  •  Road Potholes – Enough of paying significant gasoline taxes and yet finding Marshall and Fulton County filled with potholes while Carmel builds “golden streets” of roundabouts…
  •  I-STEP Mess – Enough of the unelected Indiana Department of Education officials taking over our classrooms.  Enough of teachers being forced to “teach to a test” instead of living out their passion of inspiring and equipping their students to find and live out their potential.
  •  Great Jobs – Enough of laws and regulations constraining our economic growth… which is the only way to provide our generation, children, and grandchildren with great job opportunities!
  •  Hoosier Values – Enough of the taking of innocent life.  Enough of incentivizing healthy people not to work.  Enough of attacking religious freedom.
  •  Taxation without Representation – Enough of laws like Obamacare and its unsustainable need for our money (taxes)! Enough of States allowing the tyranny of the Federal government to increasingly take over our lives!

Enough is Enough!

Jack Jordan is not new to politics.  In 2010 he faced Jackie Walorski in the primary on the Republic ticket to challenge, then Congressman Joe Donnelly.  Walorski was the winner in that primary.
