Police-singPlymouth Police Chief Dave Bacon presented his monthly report to the Board of Public Works and Safety Monday evening.  The report details the activities during January.

There were at total of 619 calls for information 249 complaints, 144 9-1-1 calls and 230 residential security checks.  Plymouth officers responded to 42 alarms last month, checked 34 vehicles, handled 20 animal complaints and assisted other agencies 37 times.

Code enforcement had 19 incidents while officers made 179 traffic stops, issued 69 citations, handled 47 accident reports and made 51 arrests.

City officers handled 122 case reports, wrote charges on 32 adults and charges on 19 juveniles in January.
