employee-theft03/07/15  On Tuesday afternoon March 4th Officer Ben McIntyre with the Plymouth Police Department responded to K-Mart in reference to a theft. An employee was observed concealing merchandise from the store and left without paying.

Officer McIntyre arrested 18 year old Kelly McCool of North Liberty for theft.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 which was posted that evening and she was released.  McCool was issued a Marshall Superior Court I date of March 31st for her initial hearing.
