Children are invited to stop by Miller’s Assisted Living on Oak Hill Avenue in Plymouth on Wednesday afternoon after school to meet fictional characters Olaf and Spiderman. Olaf is a snowman character from the Disney movie Frozen and everyone is familiar with Marvel Comics superhero, Spiderman. Anyone is welcome to come interact with the characters and have their picture taken. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
The characters are members of newly formed business from the Hobart area. George Harvey of Magical Characters Assemble and his employees enjoy wearing a variety of superhero and movie characters. They make appearances at birthday parties and various other family events. Harvey finds it especially full-filling to watch the smiles on the children’s faces and to see families having fun together. The characters also make special appearances at nursing facilities and assisted living communities to brighten resident’s days.
Olaf and Spiderman will be at Miller’s Assisted Living facility for approximately an hour and a half on Wednesday, February 11th beginning at 4:00 p.m. Parents bring your children and don’t’ forget your camera!!
