On Thursday, August 6th an officer from the Starke County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on 50 S just east of State Road 23 for a traffic violation.
After running the drivers information it was determined that the driver, 55 year old Danny Traylor of Knox had a suspended license. The officer asked for consent to search the vehicle and Traylor complied.
The officer located 3 bags of Marijuana in the glove box. After weighing the items it was determined that he had over 80 grams of Marijuana in his possession.
Danny Traylor was preliminary charged with Possession of Marijuana over 30 grams. Mr Traylor posted a cash bond and was released
