County police were dispatched to the Sea Lane Apartments at Lake of the Woods on Saturday for a domestic disturbance.
When the officer arrived at 3102 Sea Lane it was determined through an investigation that a physical disturbance had occurred.
37 year old Richard Thomas Nix of Lake of the Woods apartments was arrested for Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury. He was held in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 cash bond.
