SJRMC_Culver ClinicTo meet the needs of the Culver Community, Saint Joseph Health System is pleased to announce that Lake Shore Clinic will update its facilities by moving to a new location.

Lake Shore Clinic will move from its current site on Lake Shore Drive to the Collins Building at 232 South Main Street.   The relocation is expected to be completed this fall. Michael Deery, MD, will continue to see existing patients at Lake Shore Clinic’s new location.

In addition to moving to a new location, Lake Shore Clinic has also welcomed Noemi Adame, MD, Rebecca Brice, DO, and Lisa Ilg, FNP, to its practice. Drs. Adame and Brice are both fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Brice will provide care for family medicine and obstetrical patients. Dr. Brice is board certified in family medicine and completed an obstetrical fellowship at the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, Lawrence, Mass. Dr. Brice received her medical education from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a residency at the Saint Joseph Health System Family Medicine Center.

Dr. Adame is board certified in pediatrics and received her medical education from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She completed her residency at the University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics. In addition to seeing community members, Dr. Adame will also provide care for Culver Academies.

Ilg is a board-certified nurse practitioner and received her medical education from Northern Illinois University. Ilg will provide full-time care for Culver Academies.
