On Monday, November 2nd at approximately 10:45 p.m., LaPaz police initiated a traffic stop northbound on US 31 at US6 for a speed violation. The driver of the vehicle, Jerry Doty of Indianapolis, was found to have a license that was suspended with prior convictions. He was placed under arrest for this violation and lodged at the Marshall County Jail with a $750 bond.
