LaPaz Police CarOn Friday, November 27th at approximately 4:15 p.m. LaPaz Police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling southbound on Michigan Road at U.S. 6.  The stop was for an equipment violation.

During the stop, it was found that the driver, Dustin Baker of Plymouth, was a habitual traffic violator.

He was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail with a bond of $1,505.
