Leaf-pick-upThe seasons are changing in Marshall County and the City of Plymouth is already gearing up for leaf season.

For the next few weeks, weather permitting, the city will sweep up leaves within the city limits.  Residents are to rake their leaves to the curb only because the leaf machine does not go down the alleys or into manufactured housing parks.

There is no leaf pick-up in the spring so residents are encouraged to get their leaves raked early.  City employees will be canvassing various areas of the city each day of the week until November 17th.

If you have leaves for pick-up after the 17th you will need to bag them and put them at the curb for pick-up.  The city will continue to pick-up yard waste as long as it’s in a container until the snow flies.

If you have questions on the City of Plymouth leaf sweeping or yard waste pick-up call the Plymouth Street Department at 936-2017 during normal business hours.
