The Top Ten Offenses for bookings into the county jail last month were: 10thpossession of cocaine or meth, 9th holds for other counties, 8th possession of a controlled substance, 7th probation violations, 6th theft, 5th driving while suspended, 4th operator never licensed, 3rd operating while intoxicated, 2nd marijuana and the number one reason failure to appear.

There were 177 bookings into the jail in May.  Argos officer arrested 3, Bourbon had 6, Bremen booked in 25, Culver 4, Indiana State Police troopers 5, Plymouth Police officers 54 and Sheriff’s officers 66.

County police officers investigated 42 accidents, 33 were property damage and 9 involved personal injuries.  There were 77 case reports taken in May and 223 citations written.
