arrestsA Plymouth man was arrested Friday afternoon for Domestic Battery.

Plymouth Police Officer Ray West was dispatched to 904 North Michigan Street about 1:30 for a suspected domestic battery that had just taken place.  The officer investigated the complaint and arrested 24 year old Brandon M. Cook of the Michigan Street address for Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child.  Cook was taken into custody without incident and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.

Sunday morning about 8 Plymouth Police were dispatched to 619 West Garro Street for a physical fight.

Officer Steve DeLee investigated the allegation and determined that 66 year old Michael Villagomez had battered 33 year old Amanda Villagomes.  He also learned that Michael has two warrants through Marshall County.  He was taken into custody and booked into the County Jail on a $1,500 bond for the domestic and held with no bond on the two warrants.
