Heartland Artist Gallery logoHeartland Artists Gallery invites you to view extraordinary color and familiar scenes this January with the following artists showing their work: Esther P. Miller is our Featured Artist of the Month. She is from Culver and the majority of her paintings are of the Marshall County area: scenes include the Courthouse, The Rees Theater, Culver Academies, Lake Maxinkuckee and more. Her original paintings are available as well as affordable prints. They are beautiful!

Heartland_Ester MillerEsther P. Miller is originally from Peninsula, Ohio and first started painting at a young age of 8 or 9 and attended an art class almost every Saturday morning. Esther attended Kansas City Art Institute and later studied under several artists over the years; Honore Guilibeau, Vincent Campanella, John Pike, Tony Couch, Joe Fettingis, and others. While working traditional jobs, she still found time to paint. She had the goal of someday starting a business in Art – The Painter and the Poet. That became a reality in 1989 with her husband Ward who is the poet and she the painter and they have collaborated together since then. They have traveled and shown their work in New England, North Carolina, Florida, Louisiana and Indiana. Their Gallery is located in the delightful small town of Culver, Indiana. We are delighted to show her work at Heartland Artists Gallery in downtown Plymouth this month.

Steve Weaver from Bremen is our Member Artist of the Month for the Gallery. Steve attended the Art Institute in Indianapolis. Steve is well versed in many of the arts; printmaking, graphics, commercial and fine arts painting. Steve loves and accepts new challenges in the art field, including painting dimensional sculptures.  You will enjoy his paintings.
