National Assisted Living Week Kicked – off at Miller’s Senior Living Community with their annual Classic Car Cruise-In this past weekend. Guest DJ Quentin Flagg revved the crowd up with his oldies music as over twenty vehicles came pouring into the parking lot. Guests and residents leisurely strolled and admired the cars while games were held for young and young-at heart.
Nancy Smiley won the bubble gum blowing contest by blowing the largest bubble. 
Five year old Elaina Conklin won the Hula Hoop contest. Winning the Twist contest was Ike Huls and Deb Bush.
The events came to a close as Marketing Director Anna Corbett announced the “Best of Show” winner. She proudly presented the trophy to Jerry and Marilyn Yotter of Atwood. They were the crowd favorite with their 1957 Chevy Bel Aire, two-door, hard top sports edition.
The Classic Car Cruise – In is held each year during National Assisted Living Week.
