Plymouth, Culver and Walkerton area Miller’s Senior Living Communities recently enjoyed and outing to the Four Winds Field in South Bend. They watched the South Bend Cubs take on the West Michigan Whitecaps. Each person attending received a free South Bend Cubs baseball cap with the purchase of their ticket.
Although the Cubs did not win; the group of more than thirty residents, staff members and volunteers had a great time. The weather was perfect, the stadium was beautiful and full of excitement and there is nothing better than a baseball stadium hotdog for lunch!!!
The group brought back some extra caps for those who were unable to attend the ballgame. Two lucky winners of the baseball caps were Lou Christy and Katie Kaminski. They received the caps during Resident BINGO.
