MugShot_MARK MILLISERSaturday afternoon officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to the area of Upas and 10B Road where a suspicious male subject was suspected of drinking, shooting road signs with a gun and doing burn-outs with his truck. 

Officers Rans, Giordano and Wozniak responded and located 58 year old Mark A. Milliser of Lake Avenue in Plymouth.  Officers learned that Milliser had been operating a vehicle while intoxicated and fired a rifle at a road sign and across a public roadway.

Mark Milliser was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated and Criminal Recklessness with a Firearm.  His cash bond was set at $1,500.
