Sheriff_SUVSaturday, June 27th   a deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department clocked a motorcycle in access of 100 mph on US 30.  The officer caught up with the vehicle and attempted to make a traffic stop.  The driver of the motorcycle, 27 year old Russell Moore of Bourbon accelerated and a pursuit ensued.

The pursuit ended in Kosciusko County when the motorcycle stalled.

Russell Moore was taken into custody without further incident.  He was booked into the county jail for resisting law enforcement and reckless driving and held on a $4,505 cash bond.
