Last year, Northern Indiana Tourism Development Commission (NITDC) selected the top burger restaurants in the region to battle it out to find the best burger in Northern Indiana.
After 60,000 votes cast, The View Tavern of South Bend was crowned the Burger Wars Champion!
Now Northern Indiana Tourism is proud to announce the Pizza Wars! This spring, 56 of the top locally owned pizza restaurants will go head to head to find the best pizza in the region. The 56 restaurants have yet to be selected, so get out there and try the local pizza restaurants and get your vote ready.
Northern Indiana Tourism Development Commission is made up of seven counties: Porter, LaPorte, Marshall, St Joseph, Elkhart, LaGrange, and Kosciusko County. Each of the seven counties will have eight restaurants competing to be voted best pizza in their own county. Once the winner from each county is selected, the county winners will go up against one another to find the best pizza in all of Northern Indiana!
