theftChanging the price tags on Merchandise put a North Judson woman in the Marshall County Jail.

On Friday, November 6th 28 year old Vonnie L. Shepard was observed changing price tags on merchandise at Wal-Mart.  Shepard then paid for the items at the false price and when she attempted to leave the store was stopped by Wal-Mart Asset Protection.

Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre was dispatched to the store and transported Ms. Shepard to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for Theft and held on a $750 cash bond.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
