Plymouth_Police_sign_fallPlymouth Police Chief Dave Bacon presented his monthly report to the Board of Public Works and Safety last week.  His department handled 701 calls for information while officers were dispatched to 425 complaints.

Plymouth officer conducted 235 traffic stops, responded to 142 9-1-1 calls, issued 125 citations and were dispatched 70 alarms.   Officers did 35 vehicle checks, investigated 32 animal complaints, conducted 19 residential checks and assisted other agencies 11 times.

K-9 Jax was used 13 times in October and the city’s code enforcement 54 times.

Plymouth officers handled 45 accident reports, made 52 arrests and wrote 130 case reports.
