arrestsFriday morning just before 8 Plymouth Police Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle at Plymouth Goshen Trail and Michigan Street for disregarding a stop sign.

24 year old Miguel A. Tochimani DeHilario of Plymouth was found to be driving without ever receiving a driver’s license.  He was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $255 cash bond.

About 12:20 Friday afternoon Officer Weir initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle whose license plate came back as inactive.  After speaking to the driver, 28 year old Dustin Wise it was found he was driving on a suspended license with a prior charge.

Wise was taken into custody and lodged in the County Jail on a $755 cash bond.
