Sheriff_SUVFour teens from Ohio were arrested Friday evening for possession of fake government issued IDs.

A moving violation caused a deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department to stop a vehicle traveling on US 31 near US 30 Friday night at 9:49.

During the course of the investigation it was determined that the four occupants of the vehicle:

MugShot_Frank Bauer18 year old Frank William Bauer of Hamilton

MugShot_Kyland Frooman19 year old Kyland Rebecca Frooman from Loveland

MugShot_Mitchell Haubner19 year old Mitchell Vernon Haubner from West Chester and

MugSHot_Benjamin Rohrer19 year old Benjamin William Rohrer of Akron

were in possession of fake government ID’s.  They were all taken into custody and lodged in the County Jail for Possession of IDs not issued by the Government while Rohrer and Bauer were also charged with Illegal Consumption of Alcohol.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
